National Health Insurance

Those who stay in Japan for one year or more are required to enroll in the National Health Insurance (as per regulations). By enrolling in National Health Insurance, you will only be responsible for 30% of your medical expenses. The insurance premium is approximately 2,000 yen per month.

Disaster Insurance (including Bicycle Insurance)

With a fixed premium, you can receive compensation for the majority of non-intentional diseases' medical expenses, rescuer costs (travel expenses for relatives), and death, among other events that occur in daily life. However, pre-existing conditions or injuries before the commencement of coverage will not be compensated. Additionally, there may be cases where the entire amount is not fully covered. At Shin-A, we require everyone to enroll in this insurance as a precautionary measure in case of unforeseen circumstances.
